Located on a slight S-facing slope. The cropmark of a circular enclosure (diam. c. 30-35m) defined by a single fosse feature is visible on aerial photographs (MM (11) 16-19). It is slightly truncated by an WNW-ESE field bank and twonland boundary with Crory Upper at N. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).
