Fairy fort in Ballygrady North, County Cork: single-ramparted earthen ring, about 25.6m across, with a 1m bank, sitting on Denis O'Sullivan's land and touching the south-western corner of a larger quadrangular fort. Its centre is a marsh, the kind of place where water collects and memory pools. People may have lived there, or kept it closed on purpose, leaving the fort as a boundary marker between the ordinary field and the unseen.

Recorded by Bowman (1934, 374-5) as single-ramparted fort (diam. 25.6m; bank H 1m) on Denis O'Sullivan's land, which is separate from but 'enters into south western corner of the quadrangular fort' (see CO016-156---); interior a marsh (ibid.).
