What is recorded here

Ballydaly is not a hidden chamber or a fairy stronghold. It is a townland in County Cork, and the claim that it contains a secret underground chamber has no evidence. The chamber is not a known feature of the place.

In pasture, atop knoll. Broker (1937, 43) recorded 'fort of average size, levelled; road from Church cross to Kiely's cross passes through it'. No visible surface trace.
