Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Ballinvinny North

In pasture, on W-facing slope. Shown as circular enclosure (diam. c. 20m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map; road skirts site to E. Levelled; field fence to E respects line of enclosure. No other surface trace. According to Power (1923, 176), 'The O.M. records no fewer than six lioses; but all of these, with two exceptions....have disappeared'.
