Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Ballinphort is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ballinphort, County Westmeath, Ireland. It sits in pasture-land on the south-facing slope of a prominent hill, offering good views of the surrounding hills to the east, south and west. The sub-circular enclosure is enclosed by a well preserved earthen bank with several disturbance gaps and a wide flat-bottomed external fosse.
Situated in pasture-land on the S facing slope of a prominent hill with good views of the surrounding hills to E, S & W. A sub-circular shaped enclosure (approx. diam. 29m NNW-SSE; 26.6m ENE-WSW) enclosed by a well preserved earthen bank with several disturbance gaps and a wide flat-bottomed external fosse.
