Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Ballinlig (tireragh By.) is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ballinlig (tireragh By.), County Sligo, Ireland. The raised oval area measures 33.8m east-west and 27m north-south, enclosed by a low earth-and-stone bank 4m wide and 0.3m high. That bank forms part of a northeast-southwest field boundary from west-southwest through west to north-northwest. The site sits on a rise bordering an inlet on the west side of Ballisodare Bay, has no fosse, and its original entrance is no longer recognisable.
Situated on a rise bordering an inlet on the W side of Ballisodare Bay. Raised oval area (dims. 33.8m E-W; 27m N-S) enclosed by a low bank of earth and stone (Wth. c.4m; H 0.3m) which is incorporated into a NE-SW field boundary from WSW-W-NNW. No fosse.
