Located on a level landscape. Archaeological monitoring (05E1096) of a windfarm project uncovered a small burnt pit (dims 0.92m x 0.9m; D 0.22m), a portion of a ditch (Wth 1.65m), probably from a field boundary that extended outside the excavated area, and a post-hole. (Hurley 2006, 14-15)
