What is recorded here

Excavations in 2004 revealed a pit feature with charcoal-rich fills containing burnt bone, a piece of flint and a polished pebble. It has been interpreted as a hearth site (Elder 2007, 96 ). The exact location of this monument is unknown. Compiled by: Geraldine Stout Date of upload: 26 August 2011
