Excavation is an east-west fosse beside an unclassified castle in County Cork, Ireland. Its date is unknown, but it still lies beneath the land where a house nearly erased it. The small features beside the ditch may have marked a gateway, a drain or a boundary for people who no longer leave names behind.

An E-W orientated fosse of unknown date along with 'two small confined features' were discovered during archaeological testing in advance of the construction of a single house c. 170m to the NNE of the site of an unclassified castle (CO024-151002-).
