Detached four-bay two-storey house, c. 1880, having uPVC casement windows, gabled projection having single-storey bay and Tudor arch door opening to front elevation. Gabled north elevation with single- and two-storey extensions, garden area to south with various glasshouses.
Detached late nineteenth-century house which has been much altered externally by the introduction of uPVC windows, and previously by a number of small extensions. It is of a large detached type typical of this part of the city.
