What is recorded here

Terraced gable-fronted three-bay four-storey former warehouse with former loading doors to upper floors, built c. 1840, now in use as flats and retail outlet. Pitched slate roof. Rubble stone walls with red brick dressings to openings. Replacement timber casement windows, glazed doors and shopfront.
This building forms part of an interesting group with the former industrial buildings in French Church Street and Carey's Lane. They contribute to the unique character of the narrow streets in this part of the city, due to the distinctive industrial form of the buildings and the materials utilised in their construction.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
