What is recorded here

Enclosure in Termon is a subcircular stone wall, forty metres across, hidden in scrub on the lower SW slope of Gortaclare Mountain. A wedge tomb lies one hundred and thirty metres to the SE, suggesting the site served burial or ritual purposes rather than ordinary housing. The grass has swallowed most of the wall, yet the shape still holds against the slope. People may have gathered there before roads or fields arrived, marking death or season on the edge of the Termon plateau.
