Enclosure in Sopwell — Report the wrong picture

Situated on slightly elevated flat pasture with good views. The barely discernible outline of a large circular-shaped area (diam. 50m E-W) enclosed by a low bank visible only from NE to E, elsewhere defined by a scarp with external fosse (Wth 2m; D 0.5m). The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary. Vol. 1 - North Tipperary' compiled by Jean Farrelly and Caimin O'Brien (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2002).
