Enclosure in Sheshymore is a subcircular enclosure in County Clare, Ireland. It lies in hazel scrub and rough pasture on a plateau. The north half has become overgrown, while a house site remains marked in the centre.
In hazel scrub and rough pasture on a plateau. Listed as ‘Cairn (possible)’ in the RMP (1996), on the basis of notes by Tom Coffey and Paul Walsh (SMR file). Not visible at ground level during an inspection in 1997. A subcircular enclosure (int. dims. c. 28m E-W) with a house site (CL009-161001-) in the centre is visible on Aerial Premium (2013-2018).
