What is recorded here

Situated on a very gentle SE-facing slope. Bivallate circular enclosure (diam. c. 35m), defined by a fosse with a possible entrance gap at the SE and an outer fosse (diam. c. 85m) at the E, c. 20m from the inner fosse. Visible as a cropmark on aerial photograph (CUCAP, BDJ 103). Possible house sites occur in the interior of the site and between the two fosses. Not visible at ground level. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
