Enclosure in Nooaff East — Report the wrong picture

What is recorded here

Nooaff East holds a forgotten oval enclosure on a gentle south-facing slope, its shadow visible only through satellite imagery rather than ordinary maps. Two curved field banks still mark the northeast edge, suggesting human hands shaped the land long before modern surveyors arrived. The absence of official recognition does not diminish the place; it preserves the mystery of what lived there when measurement had not yet decided what was worthy of naming.

Situated on a gentle S-facing slope in pasture. A cropmark of an oval enclosure (diam. c. 50m N-S; 45m E-W) is visible on Digital Globe satellite imagery (c. 2010). It is not indicated on any OS maps. A field bank abuts the NE sector and extends NE into the field to the NE where a second curved bank is visible. These field boundaries (CL033-196002-) have some visible remains at ground level. This possible ringfort was reported to the National Monuments Service by David Galvin.
