In rough pasture, at the foot of the steep W-facing slopes of Knocknagorraveela Mountain. A circular enclosure (diam. c. 10m) is visible on an aerial photograph (GSIAP, V 50-49) taken in 1973. This enclosure is not visible at ground level. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
