Enclosure in Marshes Upper

Discovered during the development of playing pitches at Dundalk Institute of Technology (Excavation Licence No. 02E0008 (area 18). Three post-holes (diam. c. 0.38m) and a possible fourth were uncovered. The excavator suggested that they may represent the northern curve of a circular feature (diam. 12m). Site was covered and is preserved in situ.
