In pasture, commanding extensive view all round. Depicted on 1935 OS 6-inch map as hachured arcs to E and W, joined by broken straight lines (c. 30m E-W; c. 20m N-S). Levelled; barely perceptible circular cropmark visible in field. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
