What is recorded here

Laurclavagh holds a ruined circular enclosure about 100m SW of its ringfort, likely marking a dwelling, pen or boundary linked to the larger settlement. A collapsed stone wall still traces the shape, visible from above and hinted in old maps as a shallow hollow. The exact use has faded, but the circle and its neighbour suggest people shaped this ground for daily life, not chance.

Some 100m SW of a ringfort (GA057-134----). Marked on 3rd ed. of OS 6-inch map as a circular hachured hollow (D c. 35m). Aerial reconnaissance in November 1987 (ASGAP 384: 30, 32) shows a circular enclosure at this location. It appears to be defined by a collapsed stone wall. Not visited.
