Located on flat land in upland area. Shallow wide fosse which survives on E side only demarcating a slightly elevated area (diam c. 27.5m N-S). Field fence runs across the W half of the site. No other features visible. Depicted on 1840 edition of OS 6-inch map as circular enclosure with intersecting field at N.
