Situated immediately NE of a stream in well drained, gently undulating pasture. Identified from aerial photographs as the cropmark of a circular enclosure (OS5 2919 Nr 7512). The monument was not evident when the site inspected. A field drain runs NE-SW across the field in the vicinity of the site.
