Situated on a slight rise in a flat, low-lying landscape and c. 600m W of the original shore of south Wexford harbour. The cropmark of a large circular enclosure (diam. c. 90m) defined by a single fosse feature (Wth c. 5m) is visible on aerial photographs (ASIAP, (7) 31-36; WX 102, 27-30).
