Situated near the summit of a gentle W-facing slope, in pasture with another possible enclosure site (TN039-025001) c. 20m to the SW. Identified on an aerial photograph taken in 1974 (GSIAP, R 362/1). Not visible at ground level. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
