In pasture, on slight N-facing slope. D-shaped area (24m N-S; 25m E-W; N side is straight) enclosed by an earthen bank (int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.35m), with an external fosse (D 0.4m; Wth 0.8m) NE->SE. Farm track runs E-W along external base of bank at S. Level interior under pasture.
