In level pasture on crest E-W running ridge. Rectangular slightly raised area (24m N-S; 20m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.2m) with an external fosse (Base Wth. 1.00m; D 0.2m). N-S running field boundary skirts outer line of fosse on W side of site. Circular raised area (diam. c. 4m) defined by scarped edge (H 0.2m) at centre of interior. Interior clear of overgrowth.
