Clochán na gCat: A circular clochaun, 5.8m in diameter, located in the centre of a circular stone-walled enclosure, 13m in diameter (Macalister 1899, 259; Du Noyer 1858, 16-7).
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 1472. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
