
What is recorded here
On gently sloping land rising E from a small stream which flows N-S c. 60m to the W, in grassland and tillage. There are fair to good views in all directions. A circular enclosure (diam. c. 38m) identified as a cropmark on an aerial photograph (CUCAP BPI036, 14 July 1970). A modern fence bisects the enclosure which is not visible at ground level. Another enclosure (KK014-040002-) lies c. 90m to the SSW.
