What is recorded here
Situated on a slightly undulating landscape with a relict and meandering S-N course of the Nanny River c. 50m to the E. From 2016 Noel Meehan has been recording cropmark enclosures in the Keenoge area on a drone-mounted camera, and he identified this feature in Deenes townland. This is a circular enclosure (int. diam. c. 25m) defined by a wide fosse feature, which is only visible NW-E-S. The ring-ditch (ME027-107002-) is attached to the perimeter at NE.
