In pasture on the S shoulder of a ridge of high ground. This raised circular area (diam. c. 21m) is defined by a levelled bank of earth and stone (Wth c. 1.8m) with traces of an infilled external fosse visible intermittently from NE-S-NW (Wth c. 2m; max. D 0.2m). The original entrance is not recognisable.
