In pasture, on a S-facing slope with views SE to the Paps of Dana. The cropmark of a pear-shaped enclosure (c. 120m N-S; c. 80m E-W) is visible on an aerial photograph (GSIAP, W 18-17) taken in 1973. This enclosure is not visible at ground level.
