In pasture, on W-facing slope. Depicted on 1936 OS 6-inch map as hachured circular raised area (diam. c. 15m) defined by external fosse to N, E and S. Circular area (18.6m E-W; 18m N-S), defined by slight depression (D 0.35m) NNW->SE. Sharp fall (H 0.9m) down to marshy ground SSW->WNW with traces of fosse to WNW. Interior slopes down to W.
