Enclosure in Cill Ura Thoir marks the lost Templebeg and Calluragh church, where a large rectangular foundation and numerous graves once filled a circular space south of Kildurrihy. Time has reduced the sacred building to a field-wall fragment and an inscribed cross slab, while an ordinary laneway now cuts through the burial ground. The place still holds the shape of human devotion, even though memory has worn the name and purpose smooth.

Templebeg and Calluragh burial ground (KE052-038002-) /An Teampall Beag agus An Cheallúnach: The site of the church and burial ground are now marked only by an oval area of waste ground located directly S of Kildurrihy village and traversed N-S by a laneway. In the OSNB (Ventry, 25) it is described as a circular area, 120 feet (36m) in diameter, partly enclosed by a stone wall. Numerous graves and headstones occupied the interior and the foundations of 2 rectangular buildings were discernible. The largest of these latter measured 60 feet (18m) in maximum extent with walls 3 feet (.9m) thick, and the other measured 15 x 9 feet (4.6 x .93m). In 1910 (Champneys, 206), part of one wall of the church survived where it was incorporated into a field wall, and a slab (KE052-038004-) beside this was inscribed with a cross-in-circle.
