Described as an enclosure defined by a bank and fosse, well-preserved to W and NW of cashel (RO016-025001-), and enclosing the hut-site (RO016-025002-) and mound (RO016-025003-). It may have been an annexe to the cashel (Gannon 1972), but is no longer visible at ground level.
