Enclosure in Camlin — Report the wrong picture

What is recorded here

Situated on a gentle NE-facing slope, which falls quite steeply immediately NE of site. A stream flows roughly NE-SW c. 50m N-NW of site. A deep drainage gully dug at the base of the slope to the NE diverts the flow of the stream. Indicated as a large, roughly triangular enclosure outlined by two concentric lines (banks) on the 1st ed. (1840) OS 6-inch map but not shown on the subsequent 1901-5 ed. Not visible at ground level. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
