Enclosure in Bawnmore (muskerry West By.) is a vanished oval enclosure, about thirty metres across, hidden beneath pasture on a NE-facing slope in County Cork. It has no visible remains and no local tradition, yet it still marks the earth through crop growth. Perhaps people lived there, loved there, and disappeared so completely that even memory left. The land keeps its shape while human pride forgets.
