What is recorded here
On flat terrain on the floor of valley, above flood plain, in rolling grassland. There are good views in all directions. Indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map as a roughly circular enclosure (overall diam. c. 38m). The enclosure is not visible at ground level.
