Situated on level ground beside a stream. Shown on the 1838 OS 6-inch map as a small enclosure (max. diam. c. 30m), surrounded by a possible outer enclosing element (max. diam. c. 90m), and marked 'Site of Raheen'. Not visible at ground level.
