
What is recorded here
On very gentle W-facing slope just off the crest of a rise in improved pasture and meadowland that has been extensively cleared. Hachured (diam. c. 30m) on the 1842 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, but only hachured from W–SSE on the 1915 map. There is no visible surface trace. The site of a larger enclosure (CL002-045----) lies c. 120m NNW and the site of a cist (CL002-048----) is 60m to the SE.
