Situated on a sight NW-facing slope down to a SW-NE section of the River Boyne which is c. 130m to the NW. The cropmark of a circular enclosure (diam. c. 45m NE-SW; c. 45m NW-SE) defined by a single fosse is visible on Google Earth (09/08/2022; 10/08/2022). The perimeter is incorporated into a field bank NW-E that is mapped on the 1836 and 1908 editions of the OS 6-inch map. It is also faintly visible on Google Earth (29/06/2018) and was first reported by Jean Charles Caillére.
