What is recorded here
Balcunnin holds a ghost circle in low arable land, visible only when crop growth reveals hidden earth. The enclosure faces Baldongan church, suggesting people once drew a boundary around life itself. No stone remains, yet the shape endures beneath soil and season.
A roughly circular enclosure visible as a crop mark on an aerial photograph together with other features that could indicate a possible field system (DU005-085----) (SMR file; pers. comm. T. Condit). Located in relatively low arable land with views south up to Baldongan church (DU005-037001-). No visible remains.
