
What is recorded here
On a gentle N-facing slope of a WNW-ESE ridge. This is a rectangular grass-covered area (dims 26m NNE-SSW; c. 26m WNW-ESE) defined by earthen banks (Wth 2.6-2.8m; H 0.1-0.3m), the E side of which extends off to the N as a field bank, and the S side of which extends off to the NW and SE. A house site (RO028-247002-) (int. dims 7.7m NNE-SSW; 3m WNW-ESE) defined by earthen banks (Wth 1.8-3.4m; H 0.1-0.3m) with entrances towards the N end of the long walls straddles the NE side of the enclosure. It is within field system (RO028-247003-).
