Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Scregg (athlone North By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the crest of the southern end of a north-northwest to south-southeast ridge. A circular grass-covered area measures thirty point eight metres west-northwest to east-southeast and twenty-eight point two metres north-northeast to south-southwest. An earthen bank four point three to four point five metres wide and one point four5 to one point five5 metres high externally defines the perimeter.
On the crest of the S end of a NNW-SSE ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 30.8m WNW-ESE; 28.2m NNE-SSW) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4.3-4.5m; int. H 0.45-1.15m; ext. H 1.45-1.55m), with a fosse (at WNW: Wth of top 5m; Wth of base 2.1m; D 0.6m) S-W-NE. There is no identifiable original entrance, but the perimeter does not survive SE-S.
