What is recorded here
Marked only on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map as D-shaped embanked enclosure (ext. dims c. 35m NE-SW; c. 30m NW-SE) which is truncated by a NE-SW road bank at SE. Situated on a slight rise in a level landscape, it is not visible at ground level in pasture but it was probably a rath.
