Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Rockingham Demesne (boyle By., Rockingham.ed), County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a circular grass-covered clearing twenty-nine metres wide inside deciduous woodland on a northeast-facing slope. A fragment of earthen bank and fosse marks part of the perimeter while a scarp continues the boundary elsewhere. Three other raths stand within two hundred and thirty metres to the west, northwest and east.
In a clearing in deciduous woodland on a NE-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 29m E-W) defined by a fragment of an earthen bank (Wth 3.6m; int. H 0.5m) and fosse (Wth of top 3.8m; D 0.25m) W-WNW continued by a scarp (H 0.2-0.4m) WNW-N, and a slight vegetation change elsewhere. Raths (RO006-042----; RO006-041001-; RO006-045----) are c. 230m, 200m and 55m to the W, NW and E respectively.
