On a gentle SW-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 26m) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4-5m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 1.3m) NW-N-SE which is reduced to a scarp (H 1m) elsewhere, separated by a fosse (Wth of base 2.8-3.1m; D 0.2-0.75m) WNW-N-SSE from an outer bank (Wth 5m; int. H 0.7m; ext. H 0.5m) at SE. The entrance (Wth 2m) and causeway (Wth 3m) are at E.
