Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Lisdaulan, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a subcircular grass-covered area on a west-east spur towards the bottom of an east-facing slope. An earthen bank surrounds the interior, while faint traces of an outer fosse appear to the west-northwest. A likely entrance opens to the northeast, and slight field bank traces overlie the interior.
On a W-E spur towards the bottom of an E-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 34.7m N-S; 30.4m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.6-4.4m; int. H 0.35-0.55m; ext. H 0.6-0.8m), with traces of an outer fosse (Wth of top 3.3m; Wth of base 1m; D 0.35m) W-NW. The most likely entrance (Wth 2.6m) is at NE, and some slight traces of field banks overlie the interior. Rath (RO042-079001-) is c. 200m to the W.
