Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 30m) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map and as a D-shaped enclosure (ext. dims. c. 40m N-S; c. 25m E-) truncated by a N-S field bank at W on the 1950-51 ed. Situated at the crest of an E-facing slope in an area of scrub, it is not visible at ground level.
