What is recorded here

Located on a slight SE-facing slope in the foothills of the Blackstairs Mountains. It was described in the 1940s as a subcircular area (dims. 34m E-W; 31m N-S) defined by an earthen bank with no visible fosse or entrance (SMR file). It has been removed since the 1940s. No feature is visible at ground level in pasture. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).
