Embanked enclosure — Report the wrong picture

Located towards the bottom of a S-facing slope in the foothills of the Blackstairs Mountains, with a NW-SE stream c. 50m to the S and a N-S stream immediately to the W. Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 40-45m) on the 1839 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. An arc of the bank (Wth c. 5m; int. H 1m) is incorporated into the field bank SW–NW (C 22m). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).
